Oh yes, the all important word that everyone see’s but doesn’t quite understand. In the sales world Networking can be that scary term that everyone throws around like jello after a late night party. There is Social Networking, Media Networking, P2P Networking, B2B, B2C and C2B and all the in betweens. Twenty years ago, business was done over drinks or a golf game, but in todays day and age networking is everywhere, from blogs like this one to the person you had coffee with last week and let slip about what your company does. In that term it is hard to believe what the future of networking will be in the next twenty years, will we have bypassed the typical Google Search engine and have Google Glass anticipate our needs to simply advertise services to us before we even know that we want a certain product?  Google Analytics http://www.google.com/analytics/ already does this on several social media platforms such as Facebook and twitter. Soon we will be see digital advertising circa: I Robot as we walk into stores welcoming us with open arms. Dash is guilty as charged in getting in on these analytic platforms, but we also feel that having a good old conversation with a human being on the other end of the line will always trump the media propaganda.
